Cancellations
To cancel your order before shipment, please email me within 24 hours for a full refund. Once the order has been shipped, all sales are final, and returns are not accepted.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify both the courier and me immediately. All shipments are insured, and I will assist you in filing a claim if necessary.
Received a Damaged Product?
If your item arrived damaged, please follow these instructions to help us resolve the issue.
Please send clear photos of the following:
- Damage to the product: Clear images showing the damage.
- Full print photo: A photo of the entire print, including the edges.
- Package label: A close-up photo of the package label, ensuring the text and barcode are legible.
- Packaging: A photo of the inside packaging, including bubble wrap, corner protectors, and any padding used.
- Exterior of the package: A close-up photo of the outside of the package, showing any visible damage. (Note: Even if the package appears undamaged, the product may still have been affected.)

Purchasing an artwork grants you ownership of the physical piece, but copyright remains with Camilla Howalt. The image may not be reproduced, altered, or used commercially without written consent.
