Terms of Purchase
Thank you for your interest in my offerings. Each purchase, whether it's a product or service, comes with certain terms you'll want to be familiar with. I've laid them out below for your careful consideration.

The intention of these terms
These terms have been carefully crafted to:
- Slow down the act of purchasing.
- Facilitate mindfulness and self-responsibility for actions taken at the checkout.
- Make redundant the need for me and my team to spend additional administrative screen time correcting and reconciling purchases.
Purchases Are Final (if in doubt, don’t buy!)
- Please read each sales page mindfully to avoid any misunderstandings about what is being covered and what is included.
- There are no refunds or reimbursements for any reason, so please take your time at the checkout and consider your purchase carefully.
Damages & Refunds
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Payment Plans
- Where you purchase via a payment plan, you understand that you are responsible for completing your payments until the entire amount has been paid — even if you decide to cease participating in the offering.
- Your payments are due on the same day of the month as when you first enrolled.
- Please ensure that funds are available a few days before that date to avoid any issues with payment processing.
- If your payment fails you will immediately receive an email from Stripe, giving you the opportunity to correct the situation.
- A second attempt will be made 48-hours later. If this also fails, your payment plan will be cancelled, and access to your course or program will be paused until you are able to settle the remaining amount in full.
- This policy is in place to minimise the time-consuming process of chasing up failed payments.
Early Enrolment Pricing
- Early enrolment pricing (when offered) can not be backdated for any reason. This is another good reason to read my sales pages slowly and mindfully, and to note down when early pricing ends so you don’t miss out.
Coupon Codes
- There are no reimbursements or refunds given for any reason if you do not enter the provided coupon code at the checkout and a discount is not applied.
- If your coupon code is not working, please email us. Do not purchase with the expectation that you will be reimbursed, that will not happen.
- This is because there is a cost incurred on our end for processing refunds, issuing new codes, and reconciling the resulting additional transactions in our accounting system.
- If a coupon code is no longer working, then it has expired and can not be backdated.
7-day Replays
- If your purchase includes a 7-day replay, the watch link you are given will expire in seven days from the day you receive it. These replays are not downloadable.
Courses
- You have ongoing access to the ‘current version’ of the course you are purchasing. If the course is going to be replaced or removed from Thinkific, you will be given the option to download the course material.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
